Do I have to pay by subscription for a custom designed website?
Absolutely not. Our monthly subscription service is just our way of making an important business investment easier on your cash flow.
You can also pay in full for the year and get 2 MONTHS FREE! If you require different payment terms I’m happy to discuss this with you.

Are there any setup fees for subscription web design?
No way! Your monthly subscription fee covers the cost of our design services, and web hosting and everything else we need to build you a beautiful website.
Is there a minimum term requirement for the Up Front Web Design subscription?
Yes there is a minimum 1 year term commitment for the Up Front Web Design monthly subscription.
How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal, billed automatically every month for a 1 year term OR for a one time payment in advance.
How long does it take to design my website?
Every design project is different but we aim to complete projects in 2-4 weeks. We will let you know if we anticipate a longer time to complete your site.
Do you use templates or pre-made designs?
I use a handful of themes for their features, functions and of course beautiful design. Each of these themes contains pre-built blocks and templates – which are sometimes used to lay a fast framework down before the real designing begins.
What if I don't like my website?
If my past clients are any indication, I think you’re going to love your website, BUT if that’s not the case you will have 60 days to decide. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the first 60 days for a refund less a 35% booking and administration fee. After 60 days refunds are no longer available.
If your website design takes more than 60 days to complete, you will have 30 days from the date of completion to cancel your subscription and receive a refund less a 35% booking and administration fee.
What is the 35% non-refundable booking and administration fee for?
In the rare event that you choose to terminate or delay the project, I retain a 35% non-refundable booking and administration fee. (For example, $249 * 2 months = $498 * .65 = $323.70 refund)
The 35% (of project cost) fee is to offset the loss of time, materials and potential income lost during the period of time between project start and termination. When Easy Artisan Websites commits to your project, we are foregoing any other opportunities for new business at that time and focusing on helping your business achieve its online goals.
Your credit card will automatically charged the 35% less any payments already charged.
Do I own my new website?
Ownership of the website remains with Easy Artisan Websites until the one year subscription commitment is fulfilled. At that time ownership is transferred to you, the client.
There are core programming elements we retain ownership of, but we provide you a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use these elements for the life of your website. These licenses are not transferrable to any other persons or domains.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You can always move up to a higher priced plan without any changes to your website content. If you want to downgrade to a lower priced subscription, the number of pages and functionality of your website will change to reflect the new plan. If you’re unsure of what your needs are, please contact us first, so we can help you find the best plan for your needs.
I've fulfilled my one year commitment. What now?
Now that your commitment is fulfilled you can settle into one of our super comfy maintenance plans and experience continued stress free website ownership with no change to your subscription plan. You can also choose a different maintenance plan that better suits your needs. Follow the link to check out all our WordPress Care Plans.
You are also free to purchase a Website Transfer Credit and our team will migrate your website to the host of your choice.
Can I take the website with me to manage on my own?
Absolutely! Once your one year commitment is fulfilled you can purchase a Website Transfer Credit and our team will flawlessly move your website to the new web host or developer of your choice.
Can I transfer my website to another host on my own?
Unfortunately no. Our proprietary platform is designed to remove as much of the technical work & worry for the user as possible. We charge a small fee to transfer client sites off of our platform to ensure a smooth transition. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Do you build e-commerce stores?
Yes! You can add e-commerce funtionality to your website for an additional cost. Options are listed below:
Woocommerce store pages with 1 product template, payment gateways and basic shipping set up.
Shopify integration with 1 product template, payment gateways and basic shipping set up.
1 Embedded product (Ecwid or Stripe) with checkout integration.
10 Embedded products (Ecwid or Stripe) with checkout integration

What e-commerce platforms do you use?
Woocommerce is our preferred platform for large scale e-commerce stores, but we also specialize in simple light weight shopping cart integrations like Stripe Checkout, Shopify and Ecwid for businesses with a small number of products or services.

Do you charge transaction fees for e-commerce websites?
Absolutely not! You keep your money.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. None. Nada. Zilch.
How often do your prices go up?
We reserve the right to raise our prices at any time, but existing subscribers are guaranteed to keep their rate for the period of their subscription without any increase.
